Not liable if someone gets seafood poisoning, chokes on bone, gets lost at sea, etc.. Local Catch is just a platform connecting people with seafood markets, no other activity is permitted, and any activity on the site not directly related thereto violates the terms of service and may result in loss of access to the site/app.
FOR FISH COOKING/QUALITY: refer to packaging, local market instructions etc. Not responsible for quality, safety, allergies, etc.
Not affiliated with, we don't touch the fish, don't see it. We just connect fisherman with markets/buyers/restaurants but we have no involvement in it.
Boat Safety: Not directing, requiring anyone go out. Don't do anything dangerous. Heed local warnings about sea and weather conditions, stay up to date. Adhere to all boat safety regulations. I agree to do those foregoing things, and by using this site / app I agree and represent to Local Catch that I am doing these things. By using this site you agree, and represent to Local Catch that at all times will, abide by all licensing and commercial fishing laws and regulations.
Buyers: Requests aren't necessarily going to be fulfilled. Local Catch is not responsible for unfilled orders, quality/quantity of product. Fishing is inherently hit or miss, and we can't guarantee that any specific attempts to catch fish or other seafood will succeed.
Sellers/Fishermen: NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. This site does not create a binding contract for the catching, sale or purchase of any product other than use of this site. Sellers and Buyers are responsible to one another for enforcing terms of orders/payment.
